Not sure how the rest of you feel, but I'm never very excited to take my car anywhere to be fixed. I was having many issues with my front end and chose Lotten because of a friend's advice. I met Mike who understood what I wanted, saw my trepidation, and immediately made me feel at ease. After diagnosing the issue he gave me options and approximate costs. I chose one and when I came in to pick it up, the actual price was significantly less than the estimate. I highly recommend these guys!
