Review
Trying to beat the Chico heat, I stopped into Brooklyn Bridge Bagel Works early on a Saturday with my pregnant daughter and her boyfriend. Good call on all counts we were hungry.
The place has an impressive selection of bagels and schmears, plenty of breakfast options, and prices that won’t make your wallet cry. I ordered the Jalapeño breakfast bagel with Lox. It was good as served, but honestly I liked it even better after taking the egg off and letting the smoked salmon and cream cheese shine while mixing with the jalepeno.
My daughter and her boyfriend both loved their choices, service was friendly, and everything came out quickly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices, especially the deals on day-old bagels.
If you’re downtown and looking for a solid breakfast with lots of options, this is definitely worth a stop.
