Last Saturday I had the opportunity to ride the Skunk Train for the first time for their inaugural Whiskey Tasting event. I would like to apologize for the pictures, they are not up to the standard deserved of this fine ride. Everything about the Skunk Train was first class starting with check in. Matthew who doubled as our conductor was fast professional and very personable. Everything in their Depot was clean, well positioned and fun to look at as was the area surrounding. The train itself brings you back to yesteryear and you almost feel transported back to the late 19th or early 20th century. The refreshments were provided by Ukiah’s Charbay Distillery and Tequila Tapatio, the Whiskeys were outstanding but the crème de la creme was the smooth vodka, they deserve their own review. This is a great time for the entire family so get down there and visit.
